   Lawrence elementary schools where needed.
   

2. 2.Cooperate with the City Parks and Recreation Department on the new Oregon Trail Park.
   

3. 3.Cooperate with USD #497 to support a full-time nature educator.
   

4. 4.Cooperate with the City and School District to support the purchase of land for a community wellness campus.

Our Mission:

We who advocate “Outside for a Better Inside” believe children who play creatively outside will be happier, healthier and smarter citizens. We will encourage the Lawrence schools to enhance existing outdoor education programs in an effort to produce a healthier community in the future.”
